Firstly I have to say the wipes themselves are fantastic. They’re great on my baby’s face who has eczema! Secondly, however and perhaps just as important from a busy mum of 3 perspective … THE PACKAGING IS HORRIBLE!! The wipes never separate and half the package rips which is dire in the middle of a nappy change frenzy! I expected more from a top tier wipe

I think you’ve changed the formula since moving manufacturing. I find the wipes stick to eachother more making pulling them out difficult- you use to just get one wipe before, now you get a trail of them which makes nappy time a bit tricky with a baby who won’t sit still. They also don’t feel as sturdy and durable as the old ones. I much preferred the previous generation of wipe over these new ones

Hate the new wipe formulation. The wipes feel super soapy and horrible. Also don’t love the new smell. When I emailed my feedback I received an AI generic response. Super disappointing

Changed manufacturer to AUS from NZ. Chemical smell, feels unsafe to use on a baby. Soapy substance residue left behind on both your hand and baby. Completely messed up the recipe and manufacturing process when they changed.

The smell of the wipes seems to have changed and it’s not pleasant at all. Unfortunately I’ll be cancelling my subscription as soon as I can. The first batch smelt lovely but this batch is terrible

I love the wipes, however when I subscribed I was given a code to use for a discount and free jelly bag. The jelly bag didnt arrive hence the low stars. Other than that the wipes are the best wipes I've ever used. Not soggy, nice and soft but strong.

The new baby wipes are poor quality compared to the old version. They rip apart with minimal effort. They also stick when pulling out of the packet and you end up getting a long link of wipes instead of 1. End up having to shove half a dozen back into the packet. Please consider changing back to the old version.

I don’t know why the formula was updated… we are supporters of a couple of years and this last order with the changes has found us with soggy wipes, getting splashed with soiled water and they rip SO easily. We are incredibly unhappy with these new wipes. On the fence if we order again, and have purchased other wipes to get us through

Can’t get enough of these wipes! Soft and gentle on my daughter’s skin, cleans the messiest of mess from nappy changes to food messes, and doesn’t leave any residue but doesn’t dry out if i forget it close the package.

You can’t possibly improve on ripping parents off and not replacing defective stock for months on end. I will never use nor recommend your brand again and what’s more I tell people who do about what you did.

The new formula is terrible. Hate the strong fragrance and soapy feel to the wipes. Little one has an awful nappy rash that just isn’t going away. The old wipes were way superior. Honestly contemplating canceling my subscription going forward if this is the quality to be expected now

We received the new version of the wipes. Unfortunately they are much thinner than the original and they are not interleaved like they should be. When you try and pill a wipe chunks of wipes that are tangled get pulled out. A few of our packs were dry and the new smaller hole is harder to get the wipes. Very disappointed especially since our daughter reacts to other brands. I’m going to have to consider risking a reaction to try other brands as we have gone through our monthly supply in 2 weeks.
